BRANDI, OUR HOSPICE NURSE WAS OUR ADVOCATE WHILE MY MOM WAS IN ASSISTED LIVING. BRANDI WAS ABLE TO GET THINGS ACCOMPLISHED WITH THE ASSISTED LIVING CENTER STAFF THAT WE WERE NOT. CHAPLAIN CINDI PROVIDED MY MOM EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND OFTEN REACHED OUT TO ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERENITY. THANK YOU FOR HELPING MY FAMILY
NURSE BRANDI, WAS EXCELLENT; ALWAYS ON TIME, VERY THOROUGH AND VERY KIND TO MY MOTHER. SHE WAS A LOVELY SUPPORT FOR ME. CHAPLAIN CINDI, WAS DEAR AND SEEMED TO APPEAR AT THE RIGHT MOMENT. THE OTHER NURSES WERE GREAT TOO. ONE FEMALE R.N. WAS TERRIFIC IN AN EVENING CRISIS AND A MALE R.N. WAS KIND AND COMFORTING AT THE END
EVERYONE CONNECTED TO SERENITY WAS WONDERFUL TO ME AND ALL MY FAMILY.
